Chartered Professional Accountants · Est. 1996
Providing accounting, assurance, tax, consulting and controllership services to clients across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
Since 1996
We simplify accounting complexities for owner-managed businesses, and act as controller or CFO for hospital foundations, charities, and not-for-profits that need senior financial guidance they can trust.
Our partners began together at PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding Weinberg & Gaspirc in July 1996. Personal, close attention hasn't changed since.

Our Specialty
We serve as controller and/or CFO for a number of hospital foundations and other not-for-profits and charities. It's built a body of knowledge that's hard to find elsewhere: how to set up accounting structures that satisfy donors and funders, how to keep policy aligned with mission, and how to bring best practices to organizations without a finance department of their own.
We're also engaged to perform year-end audits and prepare the CRA regulatory filings that keep charitable status intact.
Firm Profile
Our partners began their careers together at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working closely with owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations. In July 1996, they left to build something more personal: Weinberg & Gaspirc.
"We gauge our worth by the personal and business successes of our clients."
What that means day to day
We've built real depth in the not-for-profit sector: setting up accounting structures that satisfy donors and funders, keeping policies aligned with an organization's mission, and helping boards understand the numbers behind their decisions.
For businesses, that same closeness looks like acting as a sounding board for management — identifying what's holding back profitability and growth, and building strategies that are practical rather than theoretical.
